U.S.-Based Valiant Acquires Majority of Supreme Group Customer Contracts
Delivery of Mission Critical Supplies to Customers to Seamlessly Continue on Schedule

Company Pledges Transparency; Sees Itself as a Steward of Taxpayer Money
TYSONS CORNER, Va., May 11, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Valiant Integrated Services LLC today announced the successful launch of the Company following the purchase of selected assets of the Defense & Government Services business of Supreme Group by The GC Companies and former members of Supreme Group USA management with more than 60 years of experience in providing services and support to military installations and relief efforts across the globe. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Supreme Group's founders and current management team have no interest in, or role with, Valiant or the assets acquired as part of the transaction.
The transaction includes the purchase of the majority of current contracts previously held by Supreme Group, including agreements to serve the United States, the United Kingdom, Swedish Defense Forces, and the Dutch Ministry of Defense. Valiant has also acquired Supreme Group's facilities and equipment located in Djibouti, as well as inventory and operating capabilities associated with the acquired contracts located worldwide. Approximately 220 employees will be joining Valiant as part of the transaction and the Company is already working with suppliers to ensure a smooth transition and uninterrupted flow of mission-critical supplies to customers located around the world.
The investor group is led by The GC Companies and includes, as additional investors, Jim Jaska, former president of Supreme Group USA, and Emma Sharma, former general counsel of Supreme Group USA. Both Mr. Jaska and Ms. Sharma have had their work recognized for outstanding performance on behalf of customers and for establishing and overseeing industry-leading ethics and compliance programs. Mac LaFollette, the Founder of The GC Companies, is also an investor in the transaction.
